For one of my customers, I build a CRM application to be used on his iPad that allowed him to easily add new and find existing customers, record small notes about their purchases in order to send them a nice letter and plan when those letters need to be sent, both digitally via e-mail and via regular mail.

Step 1: Search the customer

After every keystroke, the results are updated.
If the customer isn't registered yet, you can create a new record.

Step 2: Customer Details

Edit the customers details, review existing or add new purchases.

Step 3: Purchases

Add or review notes, plan reminder e-mails or letters.
